How To Connect Your PS3 Controller to Your PC

There are many ways to control your favorite games on a PC including the old keyboard and mouse. Some gamers have become very comfortable with the Playstation controller, which is understandable because it has a great design and has been around for a long time. In fact the Playstation controller was originally released on December 3, 1994 and has very few changes to it’s design since.ps3Controller

So is it possible to use a console controller with a PC?

Yes, but you will need a Playstation 3 controller (DualShock 3 or Sixaxis), a third party driver from MotionJoy and preferably a bluetooth enabled computer or at least an adapter.

The easiest way to get things up and running after you obtain the latest driver from MotionJoy is to follow the great tutorial video above. If you need any additional help refer to the help section on the MotionJoy site as it will contain the most up-to-date information.

Toy Story fans can rejoice as it seems that the Toy Story fun continues in the form of ‘Toy Story of Terror’. Entertainment Weekly has posted this exclusive photo from Disney, Pixar and ABC to build up excitement for the, Toy Story OF TERROR!  which premieres Oct. 16 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

The toys go on a road trip, when an unexpected event leads them to a roadside motel, after one of the toys goes missing, the others find themselves caught up in a mysterious, monstrous, and terrifying sequence of events that must be solved before they all suffer the same fate.”

Lego Minifigures Online Trailer

Move over World of Warcraft, It’s LEGO time!

Well almost, the MMORPG style LEGO Minifigure game, which was initially announced last year, now has a trailer that shows off some of what’s to come and I have to say that I’m pretty excited about how things are shaping up.

LEGO Minifigures Online will allow you to do much of what you would expect from an online game including gaining experience, leveling up, customizing your characters, going on adventures and exploring new worlds, but all inside the LEGO world.

The game does not currently have a release date but it is scheduled to be available sometime in 2014 for Android, iOS and PC. You can view screenshots and get the latest details about this game by heading directly to LEGO’s website.

Diablo III: Reaper of Souls Unveiled! (Cinematic)

Blizzard has unveiled their expansion for the third installment of Diablo, Diablo III: Reaper of Souls.

The new expansion will not only add a new chapter to the Diablo story but also bring with it a new level cap of 70, new spells and abilities, new monsters, and an updated paragon progression system to enhance end-game character advancement and replay-ablility.  Two new game modes will also be introduced with the expansion as well, Loot Runs and Nehalem Trials, these modes will offer up unique challenges away from the main storyline which offer up special rewards.
